A community website for the residents of Dallington in East Sussex
The Darwell Messenger, generally known as “The Messenger” is a magazine for all the residents of the villages of Brightling, Dallington, Netherfield and Mountfield.
The Messenger provides news of forthcoming events and recent local events, features about local wildlife and local history, seasonal cooking ideas, new books and much more. There are 10 monthly issues per year (December/January is a combined issue and July/August is also a combined issue).
The Messenger is available by a subscription of £10 per year and is distributed within the four villages by a team of unpaid volunteers. It is also available by postal subscription to anyone anywhere in the world
