8. Approval of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2023-24 (AGAR)

To approve by resolution the following:

8.1 The Certificate of Exemption.

8.2 The Annual Governance Statement (Section 1).

8.3 The Accounting Statements (Section 2).

8.4 The Explanation of Variances and Bank Reconciliation at 31.03.24.

8.5 To thank Mr. Wines for the constructive and positive manner in which he conducted the internal audit for DPC 2023-24, and to appoint him as DPC’s internal auditor for 2024-25.

9. Dallington Recreation Ground

To receive an update on work done and necessary works in hand, mainly the pavilion.

  • Quotes for a new pedestrian gate, hedge clearing and infill of large dip by the car park. (ACTION CHAIR)
  • PAT testing is required for pavilion electrical equipment (ACTION CLERK)

10. Re-adoption/amendments to DPC’s council documents

As NALC have just issued updated Financial Regulations, this item will not be discussed and moved to the agenda for the July meeting.

11. DPC appointments to outside bodies

12. Consultation of the Draft Rother Local Plan 2020-2040 and the RDC Draft Housing and Economic Land Availability (HELAA)

For Members to consider DPC’s response to this consultation (email responses will be accepted). For information all sites identified in Dallington have been rejected for development.
