If you wish to hire the main hall, whether for a one-off event or on a regular basis, please take a look at the calendar below to see which times are generally available (but please note the calendar may not yet include some forthcoming or provisional bookings).
Next, check your preferred dates with Pauline Ridley (email [email protected] or call or text 07702 104392) and then download, complete and sign the DOS Hiring Agreement and return to Pauline along with your payment. Standard rate is £12 per hour inclusive of heating, but local non-profit community groups using the hall on a regular basis may receive a discounted rate . Payments may be made by BACS or cheque – details on the form.
Your booking will be held provisionally until we have received the completed form and the deposit and/or full payment for the booking.
